Like the others, I was expecting extra protection and not only a simple cardboard box that every single online shop has. My items came damaged and so far - 2 weeks after requesting for support - I don't have a single word from PopToys. Unless the post items without a cardboard box at all (and that would be poor delivery service offered), I would not pay for this extra service at all.

I'm not sure what this service actually is. There's no description. However, I expected the packaging to match the picture, and it didn't. There was no bubble wrap around the McFarlane Blight figure I ordered, no extra padding in the box. My Batmobile retail package was, however, was still inside the outer McFarlane box they use for storage and shipping, and both items did come in a fairly sturdy box, not a plastic wrapping. Decent standard packaging. So I guess I'm just not sure what the difference is when you pay for this service.

What Collector’s Packaging? There was no care put into the packaging of the ordered item. I would like a refund and return label
