Returns and Refunds
Return by default or non-compliance
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, let us know info@poptoys.it and we will immediately activate it for THE FREE replacement, according to this procedure:
- Send us Photos of the wrong or damaged product with any Notes
- Pack the Product you received as you received it
- You will be sent a new product
- When you deliver the new product, you will need to return the wrong or damaged product to the courier
If the product is not available, you will be asked to choose a new product or you will get a full refund of the costs you have
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving the reasons, within 14 days of when you or a third party (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.
If the withdrawal is due to personal reasons and not attributable to us (Damaged Product or Wrong Product) You will be paid the refund (Once received back the product) deducted all the shipping costs incurred and the costs for the return will be your responsibility.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform poptoys, based in Rome, of your decision by sending an email to: info@poptoys,it. following which you will receive an email confirming the withdrawal, containing instructions for proceeding with the return of the product.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit the request before the termination period expires.
If you withdraw, you will be refunded the payments you have made, excluding the costs of delivery incurred, within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment from you used for the initial transaction, unless You request reimbursement on different means of payment, in which case any additional costs arising from the different means of payment from You chosen will be borne by you.
If you have received the product, please return it without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you notified the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the assets before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs for the return of the goods will be borne by You. If you exercise your withdrawal through the site using the return service offered by the site, you will be given the cost of transport for the return of the goods before confirming your withdrawal request.
You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
